Accounting Supervisor (Costing)

Job Description :
- Create a report or recapitulation of the realization of Man Hours and Machine Hours at each stage of the production process, use of raw materials and packaging, and finished products produced per Process Order
- Analyze the variance that occurs in each Order process compared to the standard
- Control the status of each order process before the closing period
- Make inventory reports for raw materials, packaging, WIP and finished goods, including reports on the use of raw materials and packaging
- Create a COGS report per product and carry out analysis if there are significant deviations from the budget / standards set
- Make purchasing price trend reports, average prices of raw materials and packaging and compare them with budget or standard prices
- Create reports or other tasks if necessary
- Carrying out monthly, quarterly and annual stock taking
- Assist in preparing the company's annual budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Must have experience in Cost Accounting in Manufacturing 2-3 Years
- Knowledgeable in finance, accounting & tax literacy
- Preferably having Tax Brevet A or B
- Able to work both in a team and individually
- Detail-oriented, highly accountable (responsible), good communication & attitude
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi Factory
Working hours from Monday to Friday ( 08.00-16.30) Saturday (08.00-14.00)

- Responsible for managing finance cash flow

- Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Experienced in finance/accounting/tax min. 3-5 years in the related position
- Knowledgeable in finance, accounting & tax literacy
- Preferably having Tax Brevet A or B
- Able to work both in a team and individually
- Detail-oriented, highly accountable (responsible), good communication & attitude
- Willing to be placed in Bandung & Jakarta
- Overall responsibility for manufacturing activities
- Lead, develop and implement variable productivity programs in all areas of responsibility
- Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, policies, strategy, processes and procedures to improve business performance
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs
- Evaluate business challenges and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering) with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having experience as Plant/ Factory Manager for at least 8 years, from ceramics industry, building material manufacture, or FMCG will be an advantage
- Experienced in managing complex production processes
- Familiar with handling manpower at least 600 people
- Proven track records of excellent leadership skill
- Experienced in implementing Kaizen, Six Sigma or TPM
- Ready to be assigned in all of Platinum Ceramics Group Plant in Indonesia
